Mode of Treatment
We offer both online and offline treatment; however, the majority of our consultations and treatments are conducted online. Therefore, we expect our patients to contact us via WhatsApp, clearly describing:
1. Their present complaints
2. Past medical records
3. All investigation reports
Details of any previous hospital visits or consultations related to their current condition
Patients should provide a detailed description of their condition. If a patient is unable to write, they may send a voice message on WhatsApp. It is the patient’s responsibility to share complete and accurate medical information so we can understand the case thoroughly.
Visiting the Clinic (Offline Consultation)
If a patient wishes to visit the clinic in person, they must contact us in advance. Based on the preliminary discussion, our doctor may recommend necessary investigations. The patient should get these tests done before visiting, which will help save time during the consultation and enable the timely prescription of medicines.
Emergency Care Disclaimer
Since our treatment is primarily online, we may not be available in person during emergencies. In case of any acute or sudden medical condition, patients are advised to visit their nearest hospital immediately. We may assist over the phone to the extent possible, but emergency care is the patient’s responsibility.
Treatment Disclaimer – Optic Nerve Atrophy & Other Conditions
We specialize in the homeopathic treatment of Optic Nerve Atrophy, which currently has no proven cure in conventional allopathic medicine. Some patients may request guarantees, but we do not and cannot provide any guarantees for treatment outcomes.
Every patient is unique — with different causes, conditions, and responses to treatment. We aim to achieve the best possible results using homeopathy, but we do not claim to cure all cases. Our commitment is to give our best effort to improve the patient’s health and quality of life.
Medication Guidance
Our homeopathic medicines do not have side effects. However, if you are taking allopathic medication, ensure a minimum 45-minute gap between the two.
Follow-Up Responsibility
It is the patient’s responsibility to keep track of their follow-up schedule. Due to our workload, we may not always be able to monitor when a patient’s medicines are running out or if there are new issues. Therefore, we request patients to contact us for follow-ups at the appropriate time and inform us about:
1. Their current health condition
2. Any changes in symptoms
3. Need for the next round of medication
In case of any intervening problems, patients should contact us without delay so we can address the issue promptly.
Vision & Commitment
Our mission is to resolve health issues and bring happiness to the lives of our patients. We strive to add value to people’s lives by promoting good health through the principles of classical homeopathy.
