Order Processing

Once the consultation is completed and the patient has made the payment for both consultation and medicines, the medicines are dispatched from the clinic within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery Timeline & Method

For rural areas, small towns, and villages, medicines are primarily shipped via India Post. Most deliveries are completed within 6 to 7 working days.

For urgent deliveries or for patients located in major cities, we offer faster shipping through DTDC or other private courier services, which typically take 3 to 4 working days.

Please note: DTDC and similar services may not be available for all pin codes.

Tracking Information

Once the parcel is dispatched, a tracking number is shared with the patient via WhatsApp. This allows the patient to monitor the location and status of their shipment.

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that the parcel is damaged, torn, or broken during transit, we will resend the medicines free of cost. However, the patient is required to send photo or video evidence of the damaged parcel before opening the box, via WhatsApp.

Dispatch Delays

Occasionally, there may be unforeseen delays in dispatch. In such cases, patients are advised not to worry. You may contact our helpline at +91 8865955907, and we will ensure your issue is resolved promptly.

Missing Tracking Details

If your parcel has been dispatched but you have not received the tracking number, please don’t panic. The tracking number will be provided to you shortly. Once the medicine is delivered, complete instructions will be given regarding how to use it, including necessary dietary restrictions and precautions.

Pan-India Delivery

We offer home delivery of medicines across India.

International Shipping

For patients residing outside India, we generally provide a 3-month or 6-month supply of medicines while the patient is still in India. They can carry the medicines along with a prescription.

Alternatively, patients may arrange for international shipping through their own courier services.

While international shipping from our end is possible, it is very expensive and time-consuming, taking approximately 15 to 20 days. Therefore, we generally avoid this method.

Parcel Inspection & Care

Upon receiving the parcel, patients are advised to check the package carefully for any visible damage or leakage. If the parcel appears damaged, do not accept it. Instead, immediately contact our helpline.
